S2102 Ilex No. 3 Lens Board

Description

Developed from a custom mounting requirement for an Ilex No. 3 large-format lens shutter, with a nominal 50 mm mounting opening.

Construction and specifications

Aluminium-alloy construction. Verify dimensions and retention for the actual Ilex No. 3 version. This is not a Copal No. 3 board with a 65 mm opening.

System configuration

Select the rear adapter and Type 1, 2 or 3 bellows for the camera or back; all three share the front board interface. TC191 currently uses four-fold bellows.

Configuration notes

Lens-side accessory only; illustrated lenses, shutters, camera platforms, bellows and cameras/backs are not included. Check retention, aperture/shutter operation, clearance, image circle and focusing range for the assembly. Movements come from the platform; mechanical mounting does not imply electronic control.
