Products, prices and payment

Product pages identify the equipment, included components and available options. Review your selected camera mount, lens interface, quantity and total before placing an order. Cameras, lenses and tripod heads shown for illustration are not included unless expressly listed. Prices and checkout payments are in US dollars (USD). Payment is due when ordering, using a payment method displayed at checkout. Any currency-conversion charges imposed by your bank are outside our control.

Dispatch and delivery

Standard products are dispatched within 3 working days after payment is received. Working days exclude weekends and Japanese public holidays. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination, carrier and customs clearance. Bespoke work requires a separately agreed delivery schedule before ordering. If we cannot meet the stated dispatch time, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

Shipping and import charges

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum spend, for all orders to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. Orders to the United States and Europe, including islands and remote areas, qualify for free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal before coupon discounts is at least US$1,000 (or its equivalent in the checkout currency), excluding shipping and taxes. An order that meets this threshold keeps free standard shipping after a coupon discount. A valid free-shipping coupon also qualifies an order for free standard shipping. For other orders, the shipping charge is calculated from the destination and the combined package weight and dimensions, and is displayed at checkout before payment. Eligible destinations outside the named regional groups receive a fallback shipping rate so the customer can complete checkout. We will contact you and refund your payment if delivery to your address is unavailable. Import duties, import VAT or other local import taxes, and carrier customs-clearance charges are not included unless expressly shown as collected at checkout. Where payable on import, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Free shipping does not mean duty-paid delivery. Any tax that we are legally required to collect will be disclosed before purchase; this statement does not waive applicable tax obligations.

Cancellation, returns and faults

For a standard order, contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before dispatch. Once dispatched, our Refund and Returns Policy applies. Standard products may be returned by notifying us within 14 days after delivery and sending them back within 14 days of that notice. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the buyer. We cover necessary return shipping for confirmed faults or fulfilment errors. A standard choice of camera mount, lens board or bellows is not, by itself, bespoke work. Any permitted exclusion for genuinely customised goods will be disclosed before ordering. The full policy explains product condition, refunds and statutory rights.

Applicable law

These sales terms are governed by Japanese law. This choice does not deprive consumers of protections that cannot be excluded under the law applicable in their country of habitual residence.
