MicoMova is operated by Sepia Co., Ltd. (セピア株式会社), Japan. This policy explains how we handle information collected through micomova.com, orders and customer enquiries.

Information we collect and why
- Orders and delivery: name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery details, ordered items, payment status and correspondence, to process payment, fulfil your order, provide delivery updates and handle after-sales enquiries. Your delivery address is used for shipping, not for marketing or unrelated purposes.
- Accounts: login details, account preferences and order history, to provide and secure your account where you use one. You can also place orders as a guest.
- Enquiries: your name, email and the information you choose to provide, to answer your question and follow up on the same matter. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents through our contact or support forms.
- Subscriptions: the email address you submit through a subscription form, to send the updates you requested. Ordering alone does not constitute a newsletter subscription. You can ask us to stop these messages.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, pages requested and security or access logs, processed through our hosting and site services to operate the website, maintain security and understand site usage.
Shipping from China
Orders are fulfilled by Shanghai Shebao Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (上海摄宝光电科技有限公司) / our warehouse in mainland China. We provide the recipient’s name, delivery address and telephone number, together with the order information needed to pack and ship the goods. Necessary delivery information is also handled by the carrier and, where required, customs authorities. The warehouse receives delivery details for fulfilment only, not for its own marketing or other unrelated use. Contact us to request deletion of delivery information; we will coordinate the request with the warehouse.
This involves transferring information from Japan to mainland China. China’s Personal Information Protection Law applies to personal information processing there. Local laws, including rules concerning access by public authorities and cross-border transfers, differ from those in Japan. The Japanese Personal Information Protection Commission publishes a summary of China’s data protection framework. Contact us for information about the recipient and the measures applicable to your data.
Website, payment and other service providers
We use WordPress.com / Automattic and Jetpack for hosting and site functions, and WooPayments / Stripe for payment processing. These providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their applicable service terms and privacy notices. Secure payment fields send card details to the payment processor; our store does not retain your full card number or security code. Payment providers may also process billing, transaction, device and fraud-prevention information.
Read the relevant notices: Automattic website visitors, Automattic privacy policy, WooCommerce payments and Stripe privacy policy. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary for a lawful response to authorities. We do not sell customer delivery information.
Cookies and external links
Cookies and similar technologies support the shopping cart, login, language choices, payment security and site statistics. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies can prevent checkout or login from working. Links to social networks and other external websites are governed by those providers’ privacy policies when you visit them.
Security and retention
The website uses HTTPS, account-based administration and the payment provider’s secure payment fields. We handle information within the scope needed for the purposes described above. Information is retained while needed for the relevant order, support matter, account or legal recordkeeping obligation. The period depends on the type of record and applicable requirements; deletion is not immediate or automatic for all records. Records that must be kept for accounting, tax, disputes or other legal reasons may remain after an account or deletion request.
Your requests
You may contact info@micomova.com to request information about our use of your data, access to retained personal data or third-party provision records where applicable, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of use or provision, or to make a complaint. Include the email used for your order/account and a description of your request; an order reference can help. We may verify your identity using information proportionate to the request. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and how to send them securely.
We will assess and respond in accordance with applicable law. If information cannot be deleted or a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason. We do not charge a routine handling fee for these requests; if an exceptional lawful cost is necessary, we will explain it before proceeding. A privacy enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Changes
We update this policy when our handling of information changes and show the update date above. Where the law requires a separate notice or consent, updating this page alone does not replace that requirement.

取得する情報と利用目的
- ご注文・配送：氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、請求先・配送先、ご注文内容、決済状況および連絡履歴を、決済、ご注文の履行、配送連絡およびアフターサービスのために取り扱います。配送先住所は発送のために使用し、マーケティングや無関係な目的には使用しません。
- アカウント：ログイン情報、設定および注文履歴を、アカウントの提供・保護のために取り扱います。会員登録をせずに購入することもできます。
- お問い合わせ：氏名、メールアドレス、ご自身が送信した内容を、ご質問への回答とその対応のために使用します。お問い合わせフォームにはカード番号、パスワード、不要な本人確認書類を送信しないでください。
- 購読：購読フォームで提供されたメールアドレスを、ご希望のお知らせの配信に使用します。購入しただけでニュースレターに登録されることはありません。配信停止をお申し出いただけます。
- 技術情報：IPアドレス、ブラウザー・端末情報、閲覧ページ、アクセス・セキュリティログ等を、ホスティング等のサービスを通じて、サイトの運用、安全確保および利用状況の把握のために取り扱います。
中国の倉庫からの発送
ご注文の商品は、中国本土の上海摄宝光电科技有限公司（Shanghai Shebao Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd.）／当社の委託倉庫から発送します。梱包・発送に必要な注文情報とともに、受取人の氏名、配送先住所、電話番号を提供します。配送業者および必要に応じて税関も、配送に必要な情報を取り扱います。倉庫に渡す配送情報は発送のためのものであり、倉庫自身のマーケティングや無関係な用途には使用しません。配送情報の削除をご希望の場合は当社にご連絡ください。倉庫と連携して対応します。
